Publishing, booking & sharing

Your public link, a request-to-book calendar, and a downloadable PDF.

All plans to publish; booking and PDF on Pro and Studio Public page + Dashboard

How it works

Your media kit lives at a public URL (knit.bio/mediakit/yourhandle) built from your profile username. Publishing it is open to every plan. Free and Essentials kits carry a small knit.bio badge and skip the booking calendar, the PDF and link-click proof; Pro and Studio get all of it with no badge.

On Pro and Studio, the public kit ends with a Book a slot section: visitors pick a sponsorship package and an open date from a calendar (respecting your lead time and weekdays-only setting, and greying out dates you’ve already got booked), then submit a request. No payment happens at request time — a request lands straight in your Deals pipeline, where you confirm it and send a payment link afterward.

On Pro and Studio, a Download PDF button on the public page lets brands save an offline copy of your kit to share internally.

How it flows

Design & fill in your kit
Publish
Brand opens your public link
Picks a package + date, requests a booking (Pro and Studio)
Confirm it from Deals & send a payment link

Set it up

  1. 1

    Get your link

Your public URL is shown at the top of the Media Kit page, copy it or open it directly.

  2. 2

    Publish

Flip Published on once your design and content are ready. This works on every plan; the booking calendar, PDF and link-click proof switch on with Pro and Studio.

  3. 3

    Handle booking requests

A booking request shows up in Money → Deals, ready to confirm — accept or decline it there, and send a payment link through whichever payment method you’ve set up once it’s confirmed.

Tips to get the most out of it

  • Share the media kit link directly in your Instagram bio or in reply to inbound sponsorship DMs, it turns a back-and-forth negotiation into a self-serve pick-a-package-and-date flow.
  • Keep your sponsorship packages’ lead time realistic, a shorter lead time shows more availability but leaves less buffer for you to actually prepare a sponsored post.
